A RING-FENCED TRUST ACCOUNT
Our trust account facility brings peace of mind to our members and their customers by protecting all client monies. This is different from many other similar models that only put monies relating to ATOL bookings into a trust account. Each member has a ring-fenced trust account for every shop or branch, with the ability to view incoming customer payments and bank transfers. We are the only consortia to run individual trust account facility.




In 2013, we joined Advantage to open a single travel agency, and the AMS model fit our plans perfectly. The support was exceptional from the start and remained strong as we grew to 16 stores in just over six years. Now, nearing our 10-year anniversary, we’re proud to still be working together and look forward to continued success.

As part of operating under our Managed Services model, you will have a dedicated ABTA number, the option of a franchise ATOL and access to IATA licensing. We also take away the stress of applying and renewing your licenses ensuring continuity in your business. We also support members with access to a range of travel insurance products, including supplier failure and travel disruption insurance

Unlike other similar models, our managed service model ensures customer balances are only collected in line with the supplier payment terms, and not at pre-set intervals, which results in lower operating costs and better cashflow for you.
