New partnership announced during Cruise Month will enhance expedition cruise knowledge and expertise across the Advantage membership

Advantage Travel Partnership has announced a new partnership with the Expedition Cruise Network (ECN), further strengthening the support and expertise available to its members within the growing expedition cruise sector.

Announced during Cruise Month, the partnership will give Advantage members in the Latitude cruise community greater access to specialist knowledge, training and resources designed to help them develop their understanding of expedition cruising and capitalise on opportunities within this highly specialised sector.

The Expedition Cruise Network is a global membership organisation dedicated to supporting and growing the expedition cruise sector. It brings together expedition cruise operators, travel professionals, destinations and industry partners, with a focus on education, collaboration and commercial development.

As part of the partnership, Advantage members will benefit from exclusive discounts, including a 50% offer on ECN’s Premium Academy subscription, alongside two dedicated Advantage-only webinars each year. These sessions will provide relevant education, market insights and practical guidance to help members increase their knowledge and confidence when selling expedition cruise holidays.

Jonny Peat, Director of Cruise at Advantage Travel Partnership, said: “We’re really pleased to be partnering with the Expedition Cruise Network and to be able to bring its specialist knowledge and expertise closer to our Latitude cruise community.

“Expedition cruising is a highly specialised and exciting part of the cruise market, and this partnership will help us continue to grow our own knowledge and expertise within the sector while giving our members better access to the education, insights and resources they need to develop their businesses in this area.

“Working with a specialist network such as ECN also complements the wider support we provide to members as we continue to help them build their cruise knowledge, identify new opportunities and confidently sell an increasingly diverse range of cruise experiences.”

Akvile Marozaite, CEO and Co-Founder of the Expedition Cruise Network, said: “We are delighted to welcome Advantage Travel Partnership to the Expedition Cruise Network. This partnership will give Advantage members access to specialist training, industry insights and practical support to help them build their knowledge and confidence in selling expedition cruising.

“Advantage has an extensive and highly engaged community of travel professionals, and I am excited about the opportunity to introduce more of its members to this remarkable sector. We share a strong commitment to education, collaboration, and supporting travel businesses, and I look forward to working together to create valuable opportunities for Advantage members and our wider ECN community.”

The announcement forms part of Advantage’s activity during Cruise Month and further strengthens its wider cruise proposition, highlighting its continued focus on supporting members to grow their cruise businesses through education, specialist partnerships, access to sector expertise, and specialist support and resources as the range of cruise products and experiences available to customers continues to expand.
