The Role

This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time. You, as Senior Commercial Executive, would report to our highly skilled Director of Cruise and work alongside friendly Commercial professionals. The whole team works closely together and is tightly connected with the wider business, our member partners and business partners. This will give you the great opportunity to both bounce ideas off and learn from each other.


The overall purpose of your job is to join our Commercial team and help take our cruise strategy to the next level. Working closely with the Director of Cruise, you’ll play a key role in achieving our commercial goals and shaping the future of our cruise business.


This is a brand-new position in a fast-growing, ever-evolving sector — a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Senior Commercial Executive ready to make their mark and bring fresh energy, ideas, and ambition to the table.


There will also be frequent travel to London so it essential that the ideal candidate is able to do this.

To do this, you would...

  • Build and strengthen partnerships across our wide network of cruise supplier partners, supporting a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth across our membership.
  • Ensure campaigns, offers, and supplier updates reach the market quickly and accurately.
  • Work with suppliers to design, deliver, and manage promotional and incentive campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Support the ongoing development of our Cruise Product Community (Latitude), creating greater value for members, partners, and internal teams.
  • Assist in planning and delivering key events — from ship visits to our flagship overseas cruise conference.
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team to deliver on broader business objectives and targets.
  • Represent the cruise sector at industry events across the UK and overseas, acting as a true brand ambassador.
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with our members, as well as seeking out new members to join our business.
  • Build strong internal relationships to encourage collaboration and efficiency.
  • Manage financial and statistical reporting, ensuring accuracy and insight.
  • Pro-actively following cruise industry trends, news, and developments for shaping and sharing with our Cruise Product Community (Latitude).

  • Experience working across multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in building relationships at all levels — from supplier partners to internal teams.

  • Proficiency in CRM, content management, and data analysis tools.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of your projects.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly within the UK and overseas for events and partner meetings.
