Corporate Travel Summit returns for 2027

September 29, 2026

Industry's flagship gathering back for a third year as industry continues to experience technological, economic and geopolitical shifts

Advantage Travel Partnership and the Business Travel Association (BTA) have confirmed that the Corporate Travel Summit will return for its third year, once again uniting travel management companies (TMCs), corporate travel buyers and partner suppliers under one roof.

In just two years, the summit has established itself as an unmissable fixture in the business travel calendar. Its inaugural event drew more than 270 delegates, with feedback from 90 per cent of delegates who attended, agreeing strongly that the event should return in 2027.

The 2027 programme will tackle the forces reshaping the future of business travel head-on. From continued technological transformation and shifting economic conditions to geopolitical upheaval and rising traveller expectations. Delegates will hear from leading industry voices, trade insights with their peers and leave with practical ways to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges ahead.

Jointly delivered by Advantage and the BTA, the summit draws on the combined reach, expertise and networks of both organisations. Its continued growth reflects a shared ambition: to champion collaboration, drive innovation and give the industry a forum to tackle its priorities together.

Julia Lo Bue-Said OBE, CEO of Advantage Travel Partnership, said:

"In a remarkably short time, the Corporate Travel Summit has grown into one of the most valued events in our community, confirmed by the exceptional feedback we received following the event last year.

"The engagement we've seen across the first two events proves just how much our industry benefits from coming together to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships and address shared priorities. With business travel continuing to be reshaped by technology, economic pressure and geopolitical uncertainty, the summit will give delegates the insight and connections they need to navigate this changing landscape with confidence."

Clive Wratten, CEO of the BTA, added:

"Technology is transforming how we work, geopolitical uncertainty is reshaping how and where we travel, and businesses are under growing pressure to deliver more value from every journey. The Corporate Travel Summit creates the space to tackle those challenges collectively. By bringing TMCs, buyers and suppliers together in one room, we can have the conversations that move the industry forward, share practical solutions and ensure business travel continues to adapt, innovate and deliver for the organisations and travellers who depend on it. "

The event will take place on Tuesday 9 March 2027 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul's.
